吳謙：11月20日下午，國(guó)防部長(zhǎng)董軍在老撾萬(wàn)象與印度國(guó)防部長(zhǎng)辛格舉行會(huì)談，這次會(huì)談是積極而富有建設(shè)性的。雙方一致認(rèn)為，應(yīng)認(rèn)真落實(shí)兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人重要共識(shí)，推動(dòng)兩軍關(guān)系穩(wěn)定發(fā)展；應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守雙方此前達(dá)成的共識(shí)，推動(dòng)邊境局勢(shì)降溫緩和；應(yīng)著眼增進(jìn)互信，推動(dòng)兩軍開(kāi)展更多的交流與互動(dòng)。我們希望雙方把握機(jī)遇、乘勢(shì)而上，實(shí)現(xiàn)兩軍關(guān)系的新發(fā)展，也期待龍象不僅能夠共舞，而且能舞出優(yōu)美的舞步。
Wu Qian: Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun met with his Indian counterpart in Vientiane, Laos, on the afternoon of November 20. The meeting was positive and constructive. The two sides agreed to deliver on the important consensus reached by the two state leaders and promote a stable development of the mil-to-mil relationship; to strictly abide by the recent common understanding reached by the two sides and make efforts to deescalate tensions in the border areas; to focus on enhancing mutual trust and conduct more exchanges and interactions between the two militaries.
