MND: Smearing China Can Not Help Remove the US Label as the Empire of Hacking
4月16日下午，國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人張曉剛大校就近期涉軍問題發(fā)布消息。
記者：美國(guó)家情報(bào)總監(jiān)辦公室近日發(fā)布《2025年情報(bào)界年度威脅評(píng)估》報(bào)告稱，中國(guó)是美最大軍事和網(wǎng)絡(luò)威脅，“中國(guó)軍方可能計(jì)劃使用大語言模型”開展信息欺騙行動(dòng)。請(qǐng)問對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
Question: The 2025 Annual Threat Assessment released by the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence claims that China is the biggest military and cyber threat for the US, and that the PLA likely will use large language models for information operations to generate deceptive content. What’s your comment on this?
張曉剛：美國(guó)指責(zé)別人的事，要么它曾做過，要么它正在做。美國(guó)是中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊的主要來源地，也是人所共知的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間公害。從“維基解密”到“斯諾登事件”，從“星風(fēng)”計(jì)劃到“電幕行動(dòng)”，美方在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間為所欲為，無所不用其極地搞監(jiān)控、竊密、攻擊，劣跡斑斑、令人不齒。抹黑中國(guó)摘不掉美國(guó)“黑客帝國(guó)”的帽子。我們要求美方停止賊喊捉賊，停止對(duì)包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的世界各國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊，以負(fù)責(zé)任的言行還人類一個(gè)清朗安全的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。
Zhang Xiaogang: The US often accuses others of what it did or is doing itself. The US is not only the main source of cyber attacks against China but also a well-known cyber threat to the world. From WikiLeaks to Snowden, Stellar Wind, and Telescreen, the US side has a poor track record on cyber issues. It would stop at nothing to conduct surveillance, steal secrets and attack others. Smearing China can not help remove the US label as the empire of hacking. We require the US side to stop acting like a thief crying “stop thief”, refrain from launching cyber attacks against other countries including China, and restore a clean and secure cyberspace with responsible words and actions.
